The DIY Fundamentals half-day course was brilliant; really well-presented, fun, and I went away with loads of practical information, and had tried out lots of tools. Although I'd used a lot of hand tools before, I'd rarely used power tools, and found the whole process of choosing the right drill and drill-bit, power-driver, screw, rawplug etc quite intimidating, as I just didn't have the info I felt I needed. I now feel much more able to make confident choices about what I need, and just get on with stuff. I've already booked-on to another BePractical half-day, and am really looking forward to it!
